To claim price matching:

  1. Find the item you want at a competitor's price
  2. Take a screenshot of their current price
  3. Contact our live support and share the screenshot
  4. We'll verify and match or beat the price

Price matching requires proof of the current competitor price at the time of your request.

All transactions are conducted in cryptocurrency (ETH, BTC). You are responsible for ensuring the correct wallet address and transaction amount. Payments are non-reversible.
